Well 3/3 today but I did have to skip to the vocals for the 70s track so no doubt someone(maybe everyone) will get all 3 instantly.
Oh and they're being a bit naughty too with their selections!
Feck! Too late but now I get what you mean about naughty Major! I assumed it was going to be naughty songs and my first thought about the 70s was that it could be by a band/artist we featured yesterday. The higher second guitar immediately after 1 skip was the key for me. Don't think I could get it without that so any faster wasn't an option for me, at my level.

No problems today, got all 3 without any skips - artist first for 60s & 70s, but did have to sing through the lyrics in my head for the title of the 80s song and only then did I find out the artist's name.

80s was familiar but could have been a few different releases that had the same drum machine sound. I needed the keyboards. 60s instant. 70s would have got into trouble with a live quiz as it was immediately familiar on the first skip but I couldn’t instantly think what it was. I refused to skip on and replayed a few times until it came to me.
80s is a very depressing story that ended in tragedy. Everyone knows the band’s name but not the name of the vastly experienced producer who was, I think, almost entirely much responsible for most of what unfolded. And for what? It wasn’t as if the songs required any kind of top-notch vocal performance. Any other producer worth their salt would have made the whole thing work quite easily and wouldn’t have hung inexperienced kids out for global humiliation if they weren’t a total studio dictator.
60s song was instantly recognisable
70s song, I didn't recognise, even after the reveal, but being aware of the artist.
80s song took a few skips, but I got there.
Early start again tomorrow, so I'm off to my leaba.

Got the 60's straight off and thought, yaaaaaasss, I be banging them in! That was it for the banging though 😉😂 I've heard the 70's song as Margaret has it on vinyl but plays Grace's cover of a Joy Division song more. I didn't get it until a fair chunk of the singing. 80's I've heard the song I think, but really can't be sure and couldn't name it for love nor money 🙃
