2. One of the male guards kept shouting at me, he was so aggressive, it was like an interrogation, the same questions repeatedly, seeing if I'd change my answer as he got more aggressive

8. He was the boss. I guessed he probably told his officers to do this to me. But even if he didn't tell them to, he watched them do it and never intervened and told me the officers to stop. So I blamed him.
