I was kinda familiar with the music on the 60s song, but it was only when the first words were sung that I was in a position to make a guess, and knocked it outta the park
70s and 80s, no skips required
60s was a participation award for me. Needed the vocals to give me a word—singer helpfully obliged at the last second and that word was, most helpfully, the song title. When I typed it in Heardle—again dishing out the help— gave me the artist that I wouldn’t have been able to name. Having listened to the full track now I’m not even that certain I’ve heard it before. I mean it’s likely I would have at some stage— maybe in some David Lynch movie— but I don’t actually remember.

I probably shoulda known the 60s track but I didn't.
70s - Yeah I know the artist but once again hadn't a clue of the track.
I definitely shoulda guessed the 80s track after 2 skips cos I woulda been correct but by that stage I just played to the end just to be sure to be sure.
So not exactly 1/3 coz of the skips.
So I expect you all to do better than me this time.

Surprised they went back to the same artist again about a week later. 80s intro beat could have been any number of tracks including Bowie’s Modern Love so skips were needed to get to the recognisable guitar for me. 60s needed many skips too to be sure.
