This is not a 'parent anxiety' problem. The reality is we have the highest hospitalisation rates with COVID-19 in kids (900/wk now), and *huge* increases in long COVID in children. You can talk all you like about this being an 'anxiety' issue, but it's govt policy to blame.

Many people are clinically vulnerable, including many people living with #LongCovidKids who can not afford to get a second infection. Sadly many children already have been re-infected and their health has been further impacted.

They keep saying that it is levelling off or has passed it's peak but I honestly don't know Lois.
I do know quite a few that have had it in recent weeks, since Christmas really. Most were just like a slight cold but I've heard of 3 or 4 who were very sick.
