13 August 1958. Feargal Sharkey was born in Derry, Northern Ireland. He’s lead singer of The Undertones, who rose to fame in late 1970s. He then had a successful solo career in the 1980s, including the UK No 1 hit, A Good Heart. He is now a tireless campaigner for clean water.
