While part of me can’t resist the ambiguity of a joke that could be either along the lines of 40 years is a little time away or your first heartbreak was like 4 days ago, I have to say on a serious note, teenage heartbreak is torture and not funny at all.

Ah sure I was a teenager in love for the first time CC and to be honest you do get over these things at this age til another lady breaks your heart.
Truthfully though I can't say that I've had my heart broken too many times. I was usually or invariably always the cause of the relationship breaking down.
AND I definitely wouldn't be ringing her because I wouldn't want a relationship with her and I'd safely say that she definitely wouldn't!
1 old flame though does be in my thoughts even now. Who knows ?

Right I'm definitely off to me bed now. Got all 3 Heardles but needed 2 skips for the 60s 1 til the guitar intro.
70s easy peasy.
80s though I was almost to quick of the mark and had began typing a different song with very similar first 2 seconds and then I realised my mistake and changed the answer to the correct 1.

I'm starting to get a picture of the Major doing a lot of "slow dancing" — I believe it was called — back in the day and knowing more about these songs than it is humanly possible to know. 😋

The 60s 1 I really should have known Major. The opening few seconds though had me flummoxed and I was going for an American accent so I chose the Doors even though I knew it was a wrong answer.
As I said the 70s 1 is a very distinctive intro BUT I had to do 1 skip to get the intro.
As for the 80s 1 - Maybe I was thinking about my first love again !🤣
Ah, the oul slow set ! If you did get a dance then there was a chance you might shift !
