Assuming Wikipedia is official then it’s official “by 2021, woke had become used almost exclusively as a pejorative, with most prominent usages of the word taking place in a disparaging context.”

Woke is just one of those new things like us being forced to be all sorts of politically correct and stuff, right?

Except, PC dates back at least as far as the Russian Revolution, then forward to 1934 and reports that  Nazi Germany was granting reporting permits "only to pure 'Aryans' whose opinions are politically correct". Its re-emergence in the 70s was meant ironically about sticking too rigidly to dated, official party lines and in the 80s “it was used to refer sarcastically to the anti-pornography movement's efforts to define a 'feminist sexuality'”.

But Woke is definitely the latest fad being forced on us, right?

Except, Woke has its origins in a 1938 Lead Belly anti-lynching song featuring the words “I advise everybody, be a little careful when they go along through there – best stay woke.”

Woke, meaning to be “aware of and actively attentive to important facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice)” reappeared intermittently over the next eighty years.

I think “bollocks”, but as a shy type, I type there’s a counter case to be made.

This is purely an artistic argument. Guccione’s conduct is a different matter.

By questionable I mean, a failed, ill-defined, soulless, c-minus photo grade, mush.

A: Failed, because, “to see her as if she doesn’t know she’s being seen” can clearly be overtly creepy. There’s no fast rule that this is the sexy part. As a general rule, aside from the consensual aspect, on an aesthetic level a model that wants and is turned on by an audience for an otherwise private act is arguably the genuinely sexy part. Getting carried away and forgetting about the camera in exquisite moments has its own beauty rather than being instructed not to look at the camera. The voyeuristic photos invariably look staged and thus inauthentic in any event.

B: Soulless, because, the power of the subject to connect is removed. While an implied candid, accidental or voyeuristic shot can work, they generally succeed as part of a multi-faceted shoot where there are also shots with connection. Here the subject has the power of connection as the photographer attempts to steal a moment.

Worse, there’s no relationship between soft focus, Vaseline/hairspray gimmicks (staged) and “the voyeuristic shot” – meaning inauthentic, again.

Again, this is not a blog. It may become a part of one later, if it's confirmed or corroborated. For the moment it's just allegations and the last time Jessica ventured something that tied Musk and Heard together in such a twisted, nefarious knot, Jessica's account was suspended. If it gets 'disappeared', it may be important to have this for the record.

It's possible the source of the allegations, "Gia" is a fake or relaying someone else's experiences because if they're not, they're clearly, easily identifiable to Heard or Musk or anyone that doesn't want this to come out and potentially in some line of fire. Presumably all that has been assessed before this article came into being.

The Sex Parties

Outside of drunken violent tendencies, the sex parties were the first revelations to come at me repeatedly once I started to dig into Amber Heard's past. Information gleaned from varying sources, who either knew her during this period or attended the parties themselves. Details lined up regarding costumes, satanic themes, and lesbian orgies performed on stages constructed at residences in and around LA and the Bay Area. The same faces in regular rotation. Tech gods, capitalists, founders, top executives, and up-and-coming entrepreneurs gathering roughly once a month for wild evenings fueled by alcohol, sex, and copious amounts of MDMA.

"Picture every man's basic fantasy," a celebrity told me over a phone call, recounting what they had seen in a series of photos taken at one of these events. "A bunch of hot young girls, rubbing all over each other in satanic-styled leather outfits on stage, Amber on a throne-like chair at the center. Legs spread, with like, perfect porn star pussies on display, performing sex acts for a room full of men watching below.”

“Everyone knew the girls were there for hire. To entertain socially inept billionaires.”

Heard's connection to Musk, she said, stemmed as far back as 2011 when he and his wife were hosting parties at their residence in Beverly Hills. Amber became a quick favorite among the circle because she had a knack for reeling in other young (usually gay) struggling actresses to work as escorts and make appearances or perform at these events for Musk and his tech cronies.

Tasya Van Ree was allegedly one of the early participants wrangled by Heard. In the evenings, the two were moonlighting as high-end escorts to wealthy men, and by day, enjoying the perks of being two of the most desired lesbians in their LA hipster queer community. Cara Delevingne, I'm told, was another celebrated score.

An acquaintance of Van Ree's ex recalled the shock her friend felt upon discovering her girlfriend was involved in this secret sex society. A fact uncovered after kink-themed outfits were found stashed in Van Ree's trunk. The revelation, she said, ultimately ended their relationship. Another friend who witnessed the breakup said Amber held a weird spell over Tasya, even after Tasya had moved on and was dating someone new. For whatever reason, she remained desperate to keep Amber happy, despite being treated "like shit" by Heard in return. 

The notion of loyalty proved a common theme threaded into conversations with ex-friends. A few confessed to being so enthralled with Amber that they were willing to overlook toxic traits, drastic mood swings, and maniacal meltdowns to remain in her good graces. Some claimed she possessed a unique magnetism that allowed her to manipulate people to the extent she did. But much of her allure seemed centered on the plain fact of her beguiling beauty. A flawless face, model-thin body, and gorgeous hair complimented by a southern charm she could turn on whenever it suited her. One friend compared Amber's skin, under the harsh glare of fluorescent lighting, to that of "a baby's bottom." Lineless, poreless perfection. “She was so stunning in person, it was hard to concentrate the first time I met her.”

The sex party subplot, tawdry and salacious as it was, was more than a juicy footnote. It was central to understanding Elon's stake in the Depp-Heard trial. We knew Musk was footing Amber’s legal bills in her defamation case against Johnny, and we knew that Musk was paying off Heard’s donations debt, but what were his motives?

While blackmail theories gained credibility, the media continued to tiptoe around them. Musk was framed as a quirky footnote in trial recaps, despite evidence of a legal battle between him and Amber over the frozen embryos. Soon, rumors that Musk was the father of Heard's baby continued to gain traction online. Later confirmed here by multiple sources.

"The rumor has always been that she has some dark shit on him, and that's why he's indebted to her," a regular at these parties would tell me on the phone. "It's not surprising to anyone who knows her. Amber was always filming him. She had a method. She had it down. She would get Elon really fucked up, so incriminating events could transpire and then film it all." 

Another source, romantically linked to a well-known rock star, said she had seen videos with what appeared to be minors invited by Amber in compromising situations, but explained it was "complicated" because a few people in these videos were also some of the same people "involved in the trial." With no specific names or circumstances divulged. 

Others hinted that rough sex and drugging were also happening at these gatherings, where desires went unchecked and blurred boundaries unjudged. When I tried to find evidence of these parties and the accusations attached, I could only track down a handful of random headlines about Musk and his wife being denied entrance to a kink party in Berlin. A rumor Musk later confronted in a tweet, claiming he did go to the club, but only because he was unaware that it was a fetish scene, and left early because he was "bored." 

"Elon Musk has been on a tour of Berlin’s sex clubs, but Twitter’s largest shareholder may wish he had an edit button for a recent night out. Musk tweeted that he “refused to enter” the highly exclusive, sexually permissive techno nightclub, Berghain, but according to reports in Vice, The Sun, and users on Reddit, he may have actually been denied entry.”

Musk was in Germany to open the new Gigafactory, Europe’s first Tesla manufacturing facility. On Friday, he hit up the fetish and sex club, KitKat, which mottos: “Do what you want but stay in communication,” and boasts a strict dress code that calls for either leather, latex, lingerie, fancy dress, swimming gear, superhero outfits, or nudity. It’s unclear which of those Musk chose; thankfully, pictures aren’t allowed.

He followed that on Saturday with a stop at the warehouse club Sisyphos, where he was spotted in a Zoro mask, and afterward headed for Berghain. Berghain is perhaps the world’s most well-known techno club, described by Rolling Stoneas “infamous for its sex parties,” and boasting a couple of darkrooms, several closable cubbies, and unisex bathroom stalls big enough to host a party of six, which are cleaned with industrial-strength products “not used outside of the meatpacking industry.”

For weeks, tales of these sexcapades dominated my DMs. If people weren't writing about Heard's love of wine and ecstasy, they were filling my inbox with lewd examples of other reckless habits: seducing married directors, ruining friendships due to unhinged jealousy, isolating Johnny from old friends, and berating friends and family whenever she was mad and intoxicated and needed someone to take it out on.

Shortly after the end of the trial, a source (referred to here as “Gia”) reached out, offering valuable insight into this bizarre scenario. In particular, the intimate dynamics between Heard and Musk. And the circle they ran with, she compared to a "snake pit" she was "lucky” enough to escape. Her descriptions confirmed every rumor and suspicion I had collected throughout my coverage. About dismal incentives, morale shed like old skin, and money funding the fantasies unveiled in these quiet villas on the hill, she said some of the things she had witnessed were too dark for words.  

The details of one secret sex party (not hosted by Musk) sounded straight out of a Kubrick production. Blindfolded participants met at a designated spot, and were shuttled to a remote location where cell phones were confiscated at the door, and nude women dangled from treetops secured by harnesses, with bags over their heads. She said once you arrived it was clear you could not “just leave” if you wanted. You were expected to see it through in its entirety. A “performance” consisting of the two bagged women being “fucked by devil horns and spraying cum onstage” outdoors. And themed rooms sectioned off during intermission with “people fucking everywhere” inside.

As the story goes, Gia was lured to Los Angeles from a small southern town in search of modeling jobs, where she connected with famous faces almost immediately. Invitations to gala events and nightclub openings soon followed. So did exotic vacations to San Tropez with A-list actors. Her first taste of LA offered a thrilling alternative to the straight-laced lifestyle she was accustomed to. As a young wife and mother tossed into a strict suburban surrender just out of high school, she had never "partied." LA seemed like a carnival of new opportunities. She met Amber early on at the bar in the Chateau Marmont during a weekend visit. The two exchanged numbers and Heard followed up with texts about horseback riding in Texas and other childhood nostalgia they shared because of similar upbringings in neighboring home states. 

Their second meeting was at the Abbey in West Hollywood, where Heard introduced her to her best friend Rocky and made the first move, kissing Gia and slipping a pill into her mouth. "I remember her kissing me and nothing else," Gia told me on our first phone call. When she woke up, she found herself alone in Amber's Silverlake loft, deemed the "treehouse," with a handwritten note on the bed beside her. She says she was confused but enamored. Because she had never been into women, the intensity of this new attraction caught her off guard. She credited Amber as being "very seductive" and smart. "She figured out what you liked and told you things you wanted to hear. It was almost like being in a trance whenever I was around her."

The connection prompted her to finally (officially) move to LA. Amber insinuated that they had a future together, flooding her with adoring texts and promises of what was to come in their newly formed relationship. But when she arrived, things changed quickly, drastically.

Initially, she says, it was an exciting change of scenery. Her LA chapter was punctuated by her induction into Amber's inner circle, a stylish collective of hipster Hollywood it-girls and fame-hungry starlets. Mingling with young feminists, artists, and writers at the forefront of progressive queer culture, bonded by shared enthusiasm for heedless drug use and nonstop partying. 

The sex party circuit came next. At the time, Gia said she had no idea who Musk was, so she was thrown off by his social awkwardness. He seemed an odd fit for Amber, who was lively and flirtatious, the center of attention in every scenario. When she questioned his off-beat mannerisms and facial tics, Amber's response was less defensive than dismissive. Something along the lines of, "I know, but he's really smart." Things transpired quickly when the trio turned sexual. After Amber invited Gia to join them as a third. A routine that consisted of Musk watching her and Amber together or her watching Amber and Elon have sex. The one rule: he was not allowed to touch the other woman. But could pleasure himself while he watched. 

Gia laughingly recalled one occasion where, after watching Amber perform a ridiculously overacted orgasm, she confronted her about it, asking, "what was THAT all about?" 

"He doesn't know the difference anyway," Amber quipped.

As months went on, and the three of them grew closer, she started spending more time with Amber at Elon's residence in Bel Air. He owned a cluster of properties designated for different purposes; one for parties, one for family, one for business, etc. The general vibe could almost be described as wholesome. During these visits, she was privy to a different angle, a more relaxed version of Elon in a domestic setting. He was a doting parent, engaged and attentive whenever his children were around. She said she was surprised by what an "amazing" father he was, sitting sometimes for hours playing video games or cards with the boys while Heard and her cooked dinner and set the table. 

But the partying dominated their off time. The drugs fueled the worst in both, igniting erratic tempter in her and frantic paranoia in him. When he realized she was cheating, he bugged her houses and started tracking her cars. A rumor solidly confirmed by Jennifer Howell who said that Amber gave Whitney the Tesla Elon had gifted her when she realized it was outfitted with high-tech tracking devices monitoring her every move. The obsessive measures stretched overseas. During the filming of Aquaman, while Amber was on location in Australia, Elon told Gia he watched her have sex with an unknown man in the front yard of her rental house thanks to cameras he had installed on the property.

As the relationship started to crumble, Musk grew increasingly neurotic and overlysuspicious of everyone around him. Gia recalls waking up from a nap and finding her thumb in his hand, him trying to unlock her cellphone while she slept. By this point Gia was already pulling away from Heard after a series of questionable events convinced her she was in danger when the girls were alone together. On one occasion, after spending the night with Heard, she says she woke up and had no recollection of the time. So dazed that she was struggling to regain a steady sense of consciousness. A fog so heavy she compared it to coming out of anesthesia.

"I knew if I continued this way with her, I might not wake up. I don't know what she gave to me, but I knew my life was probably in danger when I was with her alone."

But oh boy she's actually a total psycho and not a doubt in my mind will kill somebody at some point if she has not already”

 

A Gatsby-themed party in San Francisco is where it all came crashing to a head. Elon invited and encouraged Gia to come. She arrived in a beautiful beaded 1920s-style gown with a handsome Hollywood date on her arm. She remembers the dress with loving detail. A pale pink, low swooping back, and hand beaded bodice. Delicate, but sexy. She was under the impression that Amber would not be at this event, she knew Elon and she had broken up and things had gotten increasingly ugly after the Australian incident, so she was stunned to hear her name called out from atop the staircase by Amber, above her as she was greeting people at the bar below.

She says that Amber spotting the actor she brought as her date, infuriated her. Triggering a violent attack in front of a room full of people.

“She grabbed me by the neck and started slashing my dress with a wine opener, like a maniac, screaming that she was going to ‘slit my neck,’ for fucking her boyfriend.”

It took a friend of Amber’s to finally pull her off of Gia, and away from the bar. But the shredded dress marked an indefinite end to whatever lingering infatuation still remained.

She said Elon would pull her aside weeks later, at another event, urging her to stay far away from Amber because he feared she might actually try to kill her. He seemed genuinely scared, she said.

“I think he knew she was crazy enough to do it. And she knew he would be the one to clean it up if she did.”

That quickly gets lost in a conspiracy theory mire.

But it does raise a question. The wider question of misinformation is always at the heart of this blog. Only, in a Heard tunnel of lies there may be no light at the end.

It starts with a lie:

Assuming this is true – if someone had died when and where Heard was an underage lifeguard – actually, maybe it’s best not to even think about that. Or, come to think of it, Logan. Logan, see above in unsealed documents, was a lifeguard and Amber’s best friend until dying at an uncertain age relative to Amber’s uncertain age in a car accident, according to Heard’s sister.

In a deposition of likely lies,

Whitney claims Logan’s death was unconnected with Heard’s suspended licence, which can be factually confirmed as being suspended before December 12 2003

When Heard, born April 22 1986, was 17.

Returning to:

There is the question of Heard’s modelling career where things don’t get any less weird but where there are at least no known fatalities.

While there may be some and Twitter’s search function is flawed, I cannot find any other source on Twitter who seems to know much about this:

It can be confirmed that Heard was the first winner of this competition in 2003.

While this competition lost out attention-wise to America’s Next Top Model which also began in the same year, it was still a nationwide event with over 5000 entrants. It’s time to return to Gregory James Blount and a blog:

The next question may be whether Greg James Blount ’discovered’ Amber Heard given she won a competition Blount produced – which seems to be an odd use of the word “discovered” – or whether Blount’s discovery went on to win a competition Blount produced.

A further question arises from this IFOD response Tweet:

It features a screenshot from the Wayback Machine showing the So You Want To Be A Model site (now defunct) as it was in 2003 where there should be this winning image of Heard –

As seen in ELLE Girl in the September/October edition 2003– only it’s apparently scrubbed or missing, along with references to Heard winning. Other winners had valuable links on the site for the entire year that they won.

Yes, as IFOD alludes, it seems weird that it’s never, ever mentioned by Heard or generally. Maybe it’s simply a matter of Heard wanting to distance herself from something that doesn’t fit with her personal PR. Maybe it wasn’t her choice and it’s related to Heard’s arrest some months later. Maybe there’s a relationship with internet scrubbing, the sealed criminal records from Heard’s years as a minor and Heard’s mother’s career as an Internet Researcher.

Too many questions and that’s before we get to how we don’t have a record as to how Heard’s mother, Paige, died in May 2020 shortly before the UK trial.

Our most recent blog was so loaded with information, sources and checks that some oddities got lost along the way. They may not add up to a piece by themselves but are notable for the record. Again, they pertain to lies and misinformation with potential repercussions.

There is a difference between Heard lying about her age to get an office cleaning job at 13 and to get a job as a lifeguard.

Heard lied to a cop when pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt. Her claim that she had a valid driver’s license but not on her had repercussions when the cop ran a check. Discovering Heard’s lie led to an arrest for DWLS and mugshot

That jeopardised an alleged sealed record for some crime or felony – misdemeanours are not sealed, apparently – that is still a source of misinformation years later.

Why the words “Prov-Violator” and the date “01-22-2004” were redacted on some copies is anyone’s guess but a likely reason is misinformation to suit a narrative. Note the different type face and mugshot position also:

 

Alternatively, has the Austin Police Records Department changed their approach to redaction in the very recent past? If so, why?

 

What “Prov-Violator” means will probably become contentious soon but that’s another day’s investigation.

 

Returning to the oddities:

The Net-A-Porter original that it links to has been deleted but there’s also fake IDs for Europe.

Aside from the obvious question of whether the fake ID involved a different identity or was simply an altered DOB, Heard’s forgeries as a minor (17) to procure a role that involved a topless scene could have had serious ramifications for the film producers of Friday Night Lights starring Billy Bob Thornton. Whether Heard forged parental consent or used a fake ID to suggest she was 18 is not clear.

A final, for now, oddity that may or may not be related is the question as to why Heard’s role in a music video

For a song that was number 1 for 7 weeks from December 2003 – when Heard was arrested –

to January 2004 was uncredited.

It still is uncredited on IMDB but then the production year is also wrong.  

Not sure where that leaves us but between winning So You Want To Be A Model and starring in a major rotation music video within the space of a few months in 2003, it seems unlikely that Heard was hitching to L.A with babysitting money. Unless it was Whitney’s babysitting money.

I happened upon a post recently that bemoaned the state of world, humanity and progress. It mentioned the former US president treason question, a writer being stabbed 15 times onstage and some theatre production somewhere characterising Joan of Arc with they/them pronouns in the same breath.

There are many misconceptions surrounding Trans issues not least of which is the failure to realise that the all-conquering, transphobic, far right, religious fanatics’ alliance won’t be retiring after erasing Trans rights. Most abuse being hurled at Trans folk has been hurled at gay folk, women folk and poverty-trapped folk in the past and will again.

But that’s a blanket statement that doesn’t help much. Let’s take a single defined area and see if we know as much as we think we know.

Besides the level of abuse directed at Lora in the replies, here’s the less vitriolic, common attack and a simple response:

The common all-of-a-sudden argument is likely held or understood by many but is what transitioning entails likely understood?

But it’s such a new thing and that makes it so hard to take in all-of-a-sudden, doesn’t it?

Is there a reason for the evident lack of success?

Any success stories to buck the trend of massive failure?

Does evidence matter?

Rarely in a world of misinformation and big names spouting it but there’s a lot to be said for happy endings.

I won’t be putting a bet on it but I don’t think Charles will be King for too long. Not if he gets Covid again.

Unlike his father who, I think, looked his age before he died, Charles’ mother looked reasonably healthy for hers in February before she contracted Covid.

Mrs Windsor, whose mother lived to 101, had been careful all through the pandemic but tested positive around a week after her eldest son tested positive. This was shortly after his visiting her.

This picture was taken seven months later and shortly before Elizabeth’s death.

The condition of her right hand could be from a canula but given that her left hand and fingers are the same it may more likely be vasculitis with a possible stroke on the way.

Charles’ fingers and hands have been swollen for years before contracting Covid in 2020 and 2022 but have looked visibly more so since.

It’s hard to find photos without posts taking the piss-

There’s plenty of reasons to joke about any monarchs outside of physical ailments- but these pictures are the clearest.

Below may be grief or stress related but add in difficulties remembering- the time to ask was before signing-

And the sum is, there may yet be ongoing complications from the February infection and best not get Covid again.

This shot features Janet Leigh’s belly button. Hard to tell but is it an outie?

This may not seem important but belly buttons weren’t allowed in movies when Psycho was filmed in 1959 and released in 1960.

Nevertheless, Hitchcock managed to squeeze a quick flash past the censors.

We’ll get to that shot, but first, look at this image and don’t get distracted. Note the model’s belly button.

If you put two and two together and got Marli’s belly button, well done!

Readers of The Dude would’ve known in 1961.

But not everyone remembers The Dude. Including me. I’d never heard of it and the title given its date, frankly, surprised me.

Marli’s being misreported as dead relates to a serial killer and a real-life tragedy.

Myra Davis was a lighting stand-in for Janet Leigh rather than her body double for the shower scene. Her murder wasn’t solved until 13 years after her tragic death.
